Encevo S.A. wishes to inform that the Board of Directors decided on 31 March 2023 on a new composition of the Executive Committee of Encevo.
As of 3 April 2023, Jean-Luc Santinelli, current CEO of Teseos Luxembourg S.A. becomes a member of the Encevo Executive Committee. As of 1 July 2023, Laurence Zenner joins the Executive Committee as the new CEO of Creos Luxembourg S.A.
