Encevo S.A. would like to inform that its Chief Financial Officer, Guy Weicherding has decided to retire. As a result, the Board of Directors of Encevo S.A. has taken the decision to appoint Marc Schroeder as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Encevo S.A. and Member of the Executive Committee effective October 1, 2021.
