The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the new European standard in terms of personal data protection. Applicable as of 25 May 2018, the regulation applies to all companies processing personal data of individuals residing in the European Union, regardless of the company’s location. GDPR specifies what is considered personal data and how to collect, process, store or erase it. The definition of the retention period of the data is contained in the regulation as well as potential penalties for companies in case of a violation of the data regulation. The control of personal data by the data subject is at the very centre of the new regulation.

In order to guarantee your rights, the respect of your privacy and the protection of your personal data, Encevo considers the implementation of GDPR into every process as essential.

The implementation of the GDPR principles at Encevo is built on values that are – in our eyes – inseparable from your rights.
